Aztec Chocolate and Warm Cherry Shots

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g Fresh Cherries
  • 120g Double Cream
  • 50ml Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 15g Clear Honey
  • ¼ tsp Bourbon Vanilla Essence
  • A pinch of Ground Cinnamon
  • 70g 70% Dark Chocolate

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Remove the stones and coarse chop the cherries. Divide them between 6 shot glasses.

2. In a saucepan, on a low heat, warm the cream, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon.

3. Whisk in the chopped chocolate until fully melted. Pour onto the cherries in the glasses and serve whilst warm.
