The little red jewels of Christmas

A brief history

Cranberries have been part of winter feasts for centuries. Native to North America, they were prized for their natural preservative qualities and vibrant flavour – a welcome burst of brightness during the darker months. By the 19th Century, cranberry sauce became a holiday staple, and dried cranberries later became a modern favourite. Naturally rich in anti-oxidants, cranberries align perfectly with consumers’ “better indulgence” mindset.

They can be paired perfectly with cheese, bakery goods, cereal, chocolate, snacks or as a delicious jewelled salad topper. Available to you in a variety of formats – dried, frozen, powder, puree, concentrate or infused, versatile formats individually packaged for your needs so you can create elevated consumer experiences.
