Di Bartolo S.r.l. is a third-generation family company, operating since 1951 in Sicily, processing nuts and fresh fruit into quality ingredients particularly for the ice-cream, confectionery, bakery, beverage and cosmetics market sectors.

A company passionate about Sicilian produce from the nearby indigenous landscape, Di Bartolo process Sicilian pistachio nuts, Etna hazelnuts, Alcantara Valley walnuts, Val di Noto almonds and Sicilian citrus fruits into top-quality semi-finished products including chopped nuts, flours, butters, spreads, concentrated juices, essential oils and candied fruits.

The company’s philosophy is based on rigorous quality standards and as well as BRC, they can offer products which are fully certified as Kosher, Halal and Organic. They also hold the PDO for Bronte Green Pistachio.
